Would you like to return a piece of jewelry?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

Please note that we do not have any confirmation of receipt. You will only receive an email from us once the return has been processed.

The processing time of returns is a maximum 14 business days.

Please remember that we do not take back defective products. In the rare event that your piece of jewelry has a defect, please contact us kontakt@leselles.de This way we can clarify the problem in advance ♡

How to send a return:

Please note the following information on a piece of paper and enclose it with your return:

- name
- Four-digit order number
- the reason for the return

Please note that we do not yet bear the costs for the return and that your package must be sufficiently stamped.

We also advise you to keep the postal receipt for your return so that you have proof if your package does not reach us.
