CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS SENT BACK TO YOU?
If the transport company sends the shipped goods back to us because delivery was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This happens, for example, if the item is refused, the item is not picked up at the post office, incorrect address or name information is not answered on the bell (the name of the recipient must be identical to the name on the mailbox). If you want us to redeliver the shipment, you must also pay the shipping costs incurred.

IS THE JEWELRY NICKEL FREE AND WATER RESISTANT?
Yes, our jewelry is nickel free and waterproof. For a long life, however, we recommend removing it before showering/bathing.
WHAT SIZES ARE THE RINGS?
Some of our rings are adjustable in size, so they can easily be adapted to any finger! Other rings are sizes 52,54,56 US: 6,7,8
HOW DO I BEST CARE FOR THE JEWELRY?
Although our pieces of jewelry are made of high-quality material, we recommend taking them off when showering or exercising so that they can shine as long as possible. If you want to clean your jewelry, it is best to use our jewelry care cloth.
